Why we started 我们为什么开始做
Tianjin has universities, companies and a genuinely walkable city. What it didn't have was an easy first step for the person who just landed — someone who needs a conversation practice partner more than a textbook, and a way to meet people before work on Monday. 天津有大学、有企业，也是一座真正适合步行的城市。但它缺的是：给刚落地的人一个不那么费劲的第一步——对刚到、周一就要上班的人来说，比起一本教材，他们更需要的是一个能练口语的对象，以及在上班前认识人的机会。
So we started with three things: a Chinese class you can actually speak in, a movement class where nobody cares about flexibility, and small events where the host knows everyone's name. 于是我们从三件事开始：一门真的能开口说的中文课、一节不计较柔韧性的瑜伽体态课，以及一些主理人记得每个人名字的小型活动。
Useful first, fluent later 先有用，之后才流利
You learn the phrases you'll use this week. Fluency is a side effect, not the goal. 先学你这周就会用到的句子。流利是结果，不是目的。
Bilingual by default 双语是默认设置
Every class, card and event runs in both languages. Nobody has to translate to be included. 每节课、每张卡片、每场活动都双语进行。不需要靠翻译才能被算进来。
Small on purpose 小，是刻意的
10–16 people per class or event. Enough for everyone to be known, small enough that it still feels personal. 每节课或每场活动 10–16 人。够小到每个人都被人认识，又不会失去私密感。

Long-term residents — people working or studying in Tianjin who want to settle in rather than just survive. And short-term visitors here for a few months who need a reason to leave the apartment. 长期居民——在天津工作或学习、希望真正安定下来而不只是熬过去的人。以及待几个月的短期访客，他们需要一个走出公寓的理由。
Where we fit 我们的位置
Not a school, not an agency, not a travel guide. We're the connective layer: between formal language schools and real conversation, between studios and social life, between the city and the person still new to it. 不是学校、不是中介、也不是旅行指南。我们是连接层：在正规语言学校与真实对话之间，在瑜伽场地与社交生活之间，在这座城市与刚认识它的人之间。
Who you'll actually meet 你真正会见到的人
Background to be updated. This section will cover: years in Tianjin, why bilingual work matters personally, and what the platform does that a school can't. 背景信息待更新。本节将包含：在天津生活的年限、为什么双语工作对主理人个人而言重要，以及这个平台能提供而学校无法提供的东西。
